President & CEO
Sam joined the enTouch team in fall of 2017 and is responsible for the daily operation and performance of the company. He comes to enTouch with the goal of achieving balance among the three fundamental elements of the business – Customers, Employees & Shareholders. This goal is achieved by satisfying customers’ needs through a trained, engaged and disciplined team thereby delivering shareholder value. Previously, Sam was with Verizon, serving in a variety of roles across various disciplines and organizations with increasing responsibilities over a 36-year career. He received his BA in Economics from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
Chief Strategy/Revenue Officer
Devin joined enTouch in December of 2016 and manages enTouch’s strategic business initiatives, partnering with various business units across the company to identify market development opportunities to drive annual revenue and the overall growth of the business. Prior to joining enTouch, Devin spent more than 15 years leading the strategy and business development and holding senior leadership positions at Grande Communications, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and Northshore Strategies. His broad background includes strategic marketing, operations management, and sales. Devin earned his JD from Duke University and holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Yidong Zhang joined enTouch in September 2017. He brings extensive knowledge in Finance/Accounting, such as budget/forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, and internal control. He manages our Accounting Department and is ultimately responsible for Cash, AR, AP, Fixed Assets/Inventory and Financial Reporting. Before joining enTouch, Yidong worked at Intertek for 12 years. He started as Accounting Clerk at Intertek Canada, and was promoted every two years. In 2010, due to his excellent performance, Intertek relocated him from Montreal, Canada to Houston, Texas. Yidong graduated from McGill University in Canada. He is a Texas CPA and also a Canadian CGA, CPA. Yidong is a hands on leader with strong business acumen.
Director of Call Center
Jackie oversees the operations of the call center and makes sure things are running properly. She has a passion for authentic and reliable customer service and making every customer feel valued. She has 26 years of experience working in the customer service area of the telecommunications field. Jackie started at enTouch in March of 2014. Most recently, she was Associate Director at Verizon. Jackie lives in Houston with her husband, Mark, of 36 years.
Sr. Manager, Product Management & Corporate Communications
Kelsey joined enTouch in September of 2015 and is responsible for managing marketing and communication initiatives across the company. She believes the best way to obtain company growth is by satisfying the needs of enTouch customers first and foremost. To that end, all marketing initiatives begin and end by thinking about both potential and current customers’ needs. Most recently, Kelsey worked as the Marketing Manager for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Consulting. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
Commercial Operations Manager
Since joining enTouch in early 2017, he has shown his passion for providing excellent support to enTouch customers. He oversees the operations of the provisioning department and ensures every customer has a great experience when they call enTouch for help. Mauricio has 17 years of experience in the telecommunications field. Most recently, he served as the Field Operations Manager at Birch Communications. Mauricio lives in Houston, Texas.
Supervisor, Installation & Repair
Jose joined enTouch in 2007 and has proven himself to be a successful Installation and Repair Supervisor and a natural leader. He brings strong problem solving and time management skills to the enTouch Operations team. Jose has 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He lives in Houston with his wife, Sofia, and their only daughter, Alexandria.
Commercial Operations Supervisor
Kristi started with enTouch in June of 2014 as a Commercial Account Coordinator and was promoted to Commercial Operations Supervisor in 2017. Kristi is responsible for leading the commercial operations team and works with each customer directly with the goal of providing excellent customer service to each and every customer. She works with customers setting up new business accounts, upgrading existing accounts, billing, and more. Kristi has 16 years of experience working in customer service and sales, 13 of which are in the telecommunications field. Kristi lives in Richmond, TX with her husband, Elisha, and three beautiful children.
Billing, Quality Assurance & Training Manager
Pilar currently serves as the Billing, Quality Assurance & Training Manager where she is responsible for overseeing the billing, collections, and Quality Control teams. She has a passion for customer service and quality assurance that she has honed over the past 10 years in the United States. Pilar was born in Lima, Peru and was raised in Madrid, Spain where she finished high school and attended nursing school. She has been in the United States for over 10 years and has lived in Houston for nearly eight years.
