Sam joined the enTouch team in fall of 2017 and is responsible for the daily operation and performance of the company. He comes to enTouch with the goal of achieving balance among the three fundamental elements of the business – Customers, Employees & Shareholders. This goal is achieved by satisfying customers’ needs through a trained, engaged and disciplined team thereby delivering shareholder value. Previously, Sam was with Verizon, serving in a variety of roles across various disciplines and organizations with increasing responsibilities over a 36-year career. He received his BA in Economics from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
Vice President of Business Development & Sales
Devi serves as Vice President of Business Development and Sales for enTouch. In this role, he manages enTouch’s strategic business initiatives. He also partners with various business units across the company on market development opportunities with a focus on business and geographic expansion and execution. Devi also leads the sales teams, driving annual revenue and the overall growth of the business. Prior to joining enTouch in late 2016, Devi spent more than 15 years leading the strategy and business development and holding senior leadership positions at Grande Communications, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and Northshore Strategies. His broad background includes strategic marketing, operations management, and sales. Devi earned his JD from Duke University and holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. Dev resides in Houston, TX.
Yidong Zhang joined the enTouch family in September 2017. He brings extensive knowledge in Finance/Accounting, such as budget/forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, internal control etc. He manages our Accounting Department and has the ultimate responsibility for Cash, AR, AP, Fixed Assets/Inventory and Financial Reporting. He also works with business leaders to develop enTouch’s strategic plan, improve our process and identify business opportunities. Before joining enTouch, Yidong worked at Intertek for 12 years. He started as Accounting Clerk at Intertek Canada, and was promoted every two years. In 2010, due to his excellent performance, Intertek relocated him from Montreal, Canada to Houston, Texas. Yidong graduated from McGill University in Canada. He is a Texas CPA and also a Canadian CGA, CPA. Yidong is a hands on leader with strong business acumen. He lives in Sugarland with his wife Tracy, his daughter Alyssa and his son Antoine.
Sr. Manager of Human Resources
Donna leads the Human Resources Operation for the enTouch Corporate Office and 3 Regional enTouch sites, providing day-to-day business partner expertise and oversight. While partnering with all levels of management she is accountable for: Employment/Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, HRIM, Employee Relations, Payroll and Compliance. She is a creative, solution driven Human Resources professional specializing in Employee Relations, process improvement, policy design, and compliance. With a proven ability to deliver in challenging environments, Donna is a dedicated HR professional who is committed to ensuring that enTouch is an Employer of Choice within an employee-centric organization. She has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Practitioner, having begun her career in Human Resources immediately upon graduation from The University of Texas at Austin. Donna lives in Houston with her husband, Creston.
Sr. Manager, Product Management & Corporate Communications
Kelsey serves as the Senior Manager of Product Management and Corporate Communications for enTouch where she is responsible for managing marketing initiatives in both residential and commercial markets including print and digital communications. She brings a thorough understanding of marketing and communication strategies to help keep enTouch innovative. Most recently, Kelsey worked as the Marketing Manager for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Consulting. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Kelsey lives in Katy with her husband, Brian, and dog, Otis.
