Jackie oversees the operations of the call center and makes sure things are running properly. She has a passion for authentic and reliable customer service and making every customer feel valued. She has 26 years of experience working in the customer service area of the telecommunications field. Jackie started at enTouch in March of 2014. Most recently, she was Associate Director at Verizon. Jackie lives in Houston with her husband, Mark, of 36 years.

Pilar Boyles

Billing, Quality Assurance & Training Manager

Pilar currently serves as the Billing, Quality Assurance & Training Manager where she is responsible for overseeing the billing, collections, and Quality Control teams. She has a passion for customer service and quality assurance that she has honed over the past 10 years in the United States. Pilar was born in Lima, Peru and was raised in Madrid, Spain where she finished high school and attended nursing school. She has been in the United States for over 10 years and has lived in Houston for nearly eight years.

Yanira Granados

Billing Supervisor

Yanira serves as the Billing Supervisor where her belief in hard work and dedication to keeping customers happy has served her well since joining enTouch in 2014. She has 7 years of customer service experience that have been instrumental in her ability to oversee daily billing operations and ensure accurate billing. Yanira lives in the Houston area with her husband and her son.

Talisa Roberts

Technical Support Supervisor

Talisa started her career with enTouch in July 2017 where she serves as the Technical Support Supervisor and uses her passion customer service to ensure her team is effectively coached, developed and trained so that they can provide every customer an exceptional experience when calling enTouch. Talisa has over 20 years of experience working in the telecommunications field. She worked for MCIWorldcom for 14 years and most recently at Verizon for 10 years as a Customer Service and Technical Support Supervisor.  She graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Talisa lives in Houston with her husband Larry and 2 children.

Gregg Brock

Inside Sales Supervisor

Gregg Brock serves as the Inside Sales Supervisor in the enTouch Customer Contact Center with responsibilities for meeting sales and revenue targets and achieving sales goals by training employees and coaching them to develop their selling skills. Prior to joining EnTouch, he worked for 10 years in call center operations which included managing Customer Care, Sales, Retention and Telemarketing departments. Notable is his five years as Call Center Operations Manager, where he was responsible for 11 supervisors, leads, and 168 Call Center Employees. Gregg relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and objectives. Gregg grew up in North Houston and graduated from Booker T Washington High School and also attended Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston.
