Liz has lived in Houston for three years and worked with enTouch since October 2016. Her job as a Commercial Provisioner is to troubleshoot customer issues and provide assistance when upgrading service, and hopes she makes her customers’ lives easier by giving them prompt and professional customer service. What she loves most about living in Houston is the city’s vibrant activity and growth. Liz and her family stay active in the community by participating in fundraisers, as well as fostering for her local animal shelter, but they also value family time, which they spend hiking, biking, and BBQ-ing!
Here’s how Liz lets her customers know she loves them: ”I love to get to know them! I’ll ask how the family and business is doing because I like to have that personal interaction. I want my customers to know they are a part of the enTouch family.”
