Michael has been with enTouch for eight months. As a dispatcher, he schedules appointments and routes them to various Technicians in the field. His job is critical to ensuring that customers get on the schedule as quickly as possible. He also manages daily reports to ensure that all jobs are completed thoroughly. Michael makes customers’ lives easier by carefully monitoring the schedule and letting them know when earlier appointments are available.

A native of Chicago, Michael has been in Houston for seven years. He is a veteran of the Army Corps of Engineers. Currently, he is a student at Texas Southern University majoring in Management Information Systems. He has a 5-year old daughter named Kaliyah, and loves going to the gym, the movies and happy hour!
