Sam moved to Houston to lead enTouch in August 2017. As President and CEO, he works hard to make customer lives easier by creating and nurturing a Customer First culture, which simply means that the job of every employee is to provide our customers with meaningful products and services on a network they can rely upon and with the daily zeal to exceed expectations.
On a personal front, Sam is originally from Fort Worth, and is a graduate of Lamar University. He has been married for 39 years, and has four grown children. As home improvement enthusiasts, he and his wife have renovated 9 homes and will begin work on their 10th in Tomball this year. He loves Houston for its ethnic diversity and how it continually provides the world an example of people working together for the good of all. “I want to make our customers feel valued by being completely accessible to them—by email, phone call, and, especially, in person as we are out in communities supporting events or attending HOA meetings.”
