This month President & CEO of enTouch Systems Sam Luxton had a message for customers

Being a small local company affords us a major advantage: it allows us to be in very close communication with our customers.

This plays out in several key ways: local calls for new service or technical support, an efficient chain of communication to reward good service or correct service issues, and the privilege of working side-by-side with customers at community events.

Being small also allows us to be in touch with the local market and quickly roll out new products and services in response to our customers’ growing needs. We are excited to report that our Docsis 3.1 upgrade is halfway done, bringing 1 Gig Internet service to coaxial cable customers in enTouch communities. The entire Docsis 3.1 project will be complete in June.
