Meet Tekera Newsome

Tekera began her career with enTouch in May 2015 as a Technical Support Representative. Soon thereafter she was promoted to Technical Support Supervisor, where she is responsible for training front line Technical Support Representatives.

With an extensive background in Technical Support, Tekera believes that customer service is one of the most important aspects of managing this type of department. She makes every effort to go above and beyond expectations to ensure that each customer has an exceptional service experience.

“I love to take a call and be able to resolve a customer’s issues. If I am unable to resolve the issue over the phone, I’ll make sure to get them a tech in a timely manner. I also love the group I manage and the people I work with.”

What Tekera likes best about working for enTouch is that we truly listen to our customers and consistently make improvements to better serve them. During her tenure, she has watched our company consistently expand to other areas, which she believes says a lot about us. She also values the fact that although enTouch is a customer service business, we also genuinely care about our employees.

enTouch provides a relaxed and friendly work environment, that allows us to work as a team to complete whatever task is at hand.

Tekera has lived in Houston for two years and loves that there is always something to do for entertainment. She and her two children love going to the movies, traveling and taking advantage of opportunities to visit water parks and see ballets— with tickets courtesy of enTouch!
